Hey guys! So, in case you couldn’t tell by the title, I’ve decided to sign up for NaNoWriMo. While I am not doing the 50k word challenge, I have made the goal of completing my current WIP, Legends of Annun: War of Souls. I set my goal for a total of 110k words, 75k of which I had already written.

Today I woke up and didn’t feel like it was going to be a good day. I don’t know how to explain it, but I just had that going ONE OF THOSE DAYS feelings, hah. Well, after sending kiddo to school, I sat down with a hot cup of tea and tried to squeeze out some words anyway. I wrote about 100 words before I had to go to the gym. 😑

I feel like I should back up here a bit and just say that I hadn’t written a single word since the middle of October, so 100 words was still better than nothing in my mind.

I got home, showered, and watched half of the AGT finals that I’m way behind on before finally opening my tablet again.

By some miracle I managed to write over 1k words. I gotta say, I’m pretty dang proud of that considering I wasn’t really getting any words down till after lunch.
