Hey everyone! I just wanted to give a quick update on my dragon wip to tell you that I have finished the first chapter and just started the second. Total words so far is just under 3k and I have to say I’m pretty proud of this story so far. I had a lot of fun with it and that gives me hope that the rest of the book will follow suit. I’ve decided that I’d like to have the first draft done before the end of summer and with luck have a polished MS before the end of the year so I can query it in 2022.

As for Godstones, I’m planning on sending out another batch of queries soon. So far, I haven’t had any luck with requests, but I’m far from giving up yet. If I still haven’t found anyone by the time I’m ready to query my dragon wip, I may let Godstones sit for a bit, or I may just query both novels. I haven’t decided yet, as I’m unsure if querying multiple projects would be a good idea. I’m planning on doing some research on that subject and see what people recommend.
